I recently started using this for my push-ups, and I have to say, I’m really impressed with it! The ergonomic design makes it super comfortable to use. It supports my wrists and helps with proper alignment, so I feel less strain during my push-ups, which is a huge plus.

I also love how compact and easy it is to store. It doesn’t take up much space, and I can simply tuck it away in a corner or even slip it into a drawer when I’m done.

However, one downside is that the rubber feet on the bottom aren’t long enough. While it’s a minor issue, the device does tend to slide a bit on certain surfaces, which can be a little distracting when you’re in the middle of a set. Overall though, it’s still a great tool, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking to add some support and comfort to their push-up routine!
